New obsession is Everlane. All about what they dub “Radical Transparency” meaning letting the customer know what factories are manufacturing the clothing, at what costs, and the markup they are charging.

“We believe customers have the right to know what their products cost to make. At Everlane we reveal our true costs, and then we show you our markup.”

I adore their Weekender in Mustard for $95 bucks. (True cost is $38, markup is 2.5X.) They have a grand collection of Silk Blouses, many with Peter Pan Collars, as seen above, that are calling my name.

Men, women, get on over to Everlane for perfect basics.

What is with this new rash guard thing? All of a sudden they have become all the rage. I want one, I love J. Crew’s Liberty Rash Guard in Phoebe Floral.

I am down to take up surfing in order to sport this in the correct environment.

I am also obsessed with J. Crew’s Colorblock Short-sleeve Tank. It is so retro hip. I love a good one-piece.

Just watched À Deriva (aka Adrift in English) which was wonderful. Set in Búzios, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in the 1980’s, the film’s geographical setting was unreal along with the sets and styling.

Spent the movie diggin on Camilla Belle’s wardrobe (and super handsome Vincent Cassel, see above!) Her headgear and drop earrings paired with loose printed beachwear were chic and sophisticated.

I love dark, expression-able eyebrows so obviously Camilla Belle is one of my brow muses. In need of summer inspiration apart from denim cut-offs and crop tops? See below.

Absolutely in love with Japanese brand Markaware’s Mitchell Camouflage Coat. According to Selectism, where I snagged the image, leafy and proper and ready for everyday wear in and out of the woods, the “Mitchell” camo pattern was created during the Korean War.

Also in love with The Hill-side’s camo print as seen on a collaboration with Owner and Operator in the form of the Pack Anorak. (No longer available so don’t get your hopes up.)
